We make no representations or warranties regarding outcomes from following information on this Website. Results vary based on individual factors including workstation setup, hours seated, and consistency of practice.

Online advertising transparency: We may run paid online campaigns (for example, through Google Ads) to promote educational content about desk movement and posture. Advertisements and landing pages must accurately represent our identity (business name, address, BTW 74536559, contact details) and must not contain misleading health claims, guarantees, or references to medical treatment. Where advertising technologies process personal data, this occurs only after you give cookie consent under the Telecommunicatiewet and GDPR, as described in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

3. Workshops and Events

Information about workshops listed in our Events Calendar is indicative. Booking, pricing, and participation terms are confirmed separately in writing when you enquire or register. Where a paid distance contract is formed between us and a consumer:

• pre-contract information is provided before booking, including description, price, and identity of the trader, in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in the Netherlands;
• consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, unless an exception applies (e.g. services fully performed with prior express consent, or scheduled events on a specific date);
• any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated before purchase.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• violate applicable Dutch, EU, or international law;

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Rotterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
